Who is the seller? **Jeremy Francois, trading as Buzzterz** , Maasbeekstraat 1, 3945 Tessenderlo-Ham, company number BE1037.802.208. These terms apply to orders of honey and bee products placed through buzzterz.be, by consumers and by businesses. For removing wasp and hornet nests and for selling bee colonies, we make separate arrangements in advance. ## 2. How is your order concluded? - You order using the order form on this website. After sending it, you receive an order confirmation by email; from then on, the sale is concluded. - Honey is a natural product: how much we harvest depends on the weather and the bees. The stated delivery time (currently the end of May 2027) is therefore an estimate. If we can't deliver your order, or only part of it, we'll tell you as soon as possible. You can then cancel the order free of charge and we'll refund anything you've already paid within 14 days. ## 3. Prices and jar deposit - All prices are in euros, including VAT and the jar deposit. The price shown on the website at the time of your order applies. - Comb honey costs €5 extra per 1 kg jar. Home delivery costs €5 per order; collection is free. - **Jar deposit:** you pay a €1 deposit per jar. Bring the jar back clean, undamaged and with its lid, and we'll refund the €1 or deduct it from your next order. ## 4. Payment - **Bancontact or cash:** on collection or delivery. - **Online (Revolut) or Wero:** after your order confirmation, quoting your name. The details are in that email. The honey remains the property of Buzzterz until it has been paid in full. ## 5. Collection and delivery - **Collection** is in Tessenderlo-Ham, at a time we agree together once your honey is ready. - **Delivery** is done by us, to the address you give within our [service area](https://buzzterz.be/en/#werkgebied). We agree on a time in advance. Live outside it? [Contact us](https://buzzterz.be/en/#contact) first. - From the moment you receive the honey, the jars are your responsibility. Check them on receipt; we'll replace a broken or damaged jar straight away. ## 6. Right of withdrawal (for consumers) If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within **14 days** without giving a reason. That period ends 14 days after you (or someone you designate) receive the honey. Before delivery, you can always cancel your order free of charge. - **Exception:** jars opened after delivery cannot be taken back for health-protection and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal therefore applies to unopened jars. - **How to withdraw?** Tell us clearly before the period ends, by email to [info@buzzterz.be](mailto:info@buzzterz.be) or by letter. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. - **Returning:** return the jars within 14 days of your notice. Dropping them off in Tessenderlo-Ham is free; if you send them, the direct costs are yours. - **Refund:** we refund everything you paid, including delivery costs, within 14 days of your notice and using the same payment method (unless you ask otherwise). Guarantee and storage - As a consumer, you're entitled to the 2-year legal guarantee: if something is wrong with your honey on delivery, we'll replace the jar or refund it. Report a defect within 2 months of noticing it. - Honey crystallises naturally and its colour can vary from harvest to harvest. That's natural and not a defect. To make it runny again, gently warm the jar in water of at most 40 °C. - Store honey dry, tightly closed, at room temperature and out of the sun. The best-before date is on the label. - Do not give honey to children under 1 year old. ## 8. Complaints Not happy? If that doesn't work, as a consumer you can turn to the Belgian **Consumer Mediation Service** : [mediationconsommateur.be](https://mediationconsommateur.be). ## 9. Governing law and courts These terms are governed by Belgian law.
